By using the product, you remain responsible for what you upload, how you interpret the output, and what you send to clients.
Acceptable use
- Use the product for fixed-scope web project request triage, source review, reply drafting, and internal handoff tracking.
- Do not use it to process material you are not allowed to upload or share with external AI providers.
- Do not use it for legal, regulated, medical, financial, or employment advice.
Output limits
- Verdicts and reply drafts are AI-assisted recommendations based on the sources and request text you provide.
- You must review the evidence, reasoning, and reply draft before relying on the output or sending anything to a client.
- Ambiguous results mean the provided documents do not support a confident in-scope or out-of-scope call.
Account and billing
- The current product uses one active-project based plan and Stripe-hosted checkout where configured.
- Access can be limited or removed if the product is misused, if payments fail, or if operational risk requires intervention.
- No client portal, e-signature, invoice automation, autonomous negotiation, or legal review service is included.
