Use non-sensitive or safely redacted project documents unless this data path is acceptable.
Scope Creep Detector is built for evidence-backed scope decisions. That requires storing project sources and sending limited excerpts to the classification provider.
Data stored
- Account email and authentication records are handled through Supabase Auth.
- Project names, client names, settings, sources, source sections, cases, feedback, and handoff status are stored in Supabase-backed application storage.
- Uploaded or pasted source text may include SOWs, proposals, contracts, emails, notes, or other project documents that you choose to provide.
AI processing
- Classification may send the client request and relevant source/evidence excerpts to OpenRouter and the selected model provider.
- The app is designed to use excerpts for scope analysis, not to provide legal advice or final client-response approval.
- You are responsible for removing confidential, regulated, or client-sensitive material before using the product if this provider path is not acceptable.
Controls
- You can archive projects to preserve history while freeing active capacity.
- You can delete projects from settings when you no longer want their stored project data retained in the app.
- Operator-only routes are protected from normal signed-in users.
